Power: Rika is capable of summoning magic that looks much like black and indigo flames to bring chaos upon her victims. This is done with the help of Ryth, a dimensional being who has been forced to attach himself to the young woman's soul for survival. Through him, the teenager can access a previously untapped amount of magical abilities within herself in addition to a vast knowledge of spells (a majority of which can't be used because her physically body is untrained to channel them).
Strength: Fire spells mainly. Other than that? Nothing.
Weakness: Unlike Zatanna or Dr. Fate, Rika's spells are limited to summing (and just fire and energy at that). She cannot fly or levitate objects and she most certainly can't tell what card your holding. She lacks restraint when it comes to her powers, so people often wind up hurt, even civilians. Her abilities would be lost if Ryth was somehow blocked off from her mind or expelled from her body. While the knowledge of spells would stay, it would be useless since the human is unable to summon magic on her own accord.
Quirks: She knows sign-language even though she isn't mute or deaf. Also, with just a pen and paper she can draw Tampa City from memory, correctly labeling all streets, and most landmarks. She often resorts to naming these streets out-loud when she wants to calm down.

Good Points:

> Family Oriented -
Despite her glare, she does adore her family to no end. Her father is deaf, her mother half so, which makes her protective over their disabilities when normal people loose their patience. It pains her to think of the possibility that her real parents abandoned her.

> Decisive -
When faced with choices, she is quick to know which one she wants. It's often times the selfish way and getting her to change her mind is like moving an elephant with a feather--impossible. Unless you can push her buttons the right way. Ryth has a way of doing this.

> Courageous -
Or stupid. Sometimes they go hand in hand with her. She's fearless when it comes to danger, so if you ever need a dummy to try out your glitchy Doom Room, look no further.

> Focused -
Driven. Devoted. Obsessed. Actually, this positive trait can be considered border-line bad.

The smallest of things can set her off, which isn't good given her lack of control over her powers. For the love of all that is good in the universe, please do not yell at her deaf father, she will burn your face off. No exaggeration.

A companion of decisiveness. She's quick to plunge head-fist into things that often land her in trouble. Thinking defiantly isn't her strong-point.

> Holds grudges -
For a very long time. She won't let them go until she feels the deed has been redeemed somehow (usually through means of revenge).

Overall she has a rather unfriendly disposition. When she does have a job and people come to her for help, her general reply is, "That's nice."
